In the report, The Relevancy Group cites Experian Marketing Services as one of the first ESPs to evolve from a traditional ESP to an “Everychannel Service Provider.” According to the report, the “Everychannel Service Provider” differs from the traditional ESP in its ability to support real-time optimization and machine learning using a combination of data, services and analysis.
