Experian named a Top Workplace by the Orange County Register for third year in a row

Commitment to employee development and social responsibility underpins culture

Costa Mesa, Calif., Dec. 3, 2015Experian®, the leading global information services company, announced today that it has been recognized as one of the Orange County Register’s Top Workplaces for the third consecutive year. The recognition is the result of employee feedback in a survey of hundreds of leading companies in Orange County.

“The award validates that what we’re doing is working. Experian employees enjoy coming to work and view the direction of the company positively,” said Craig Boundy, Chief Executive Officer, Experian North America. “When we are successful with our efforts to create a positive work environment, it has a positive impact on our employees, which translates to the work we do with our customers.”

Experian works hard to maintain a positive, healthy environment for all its employees. The company encourages growth and development through communication channels and career advancement opportunities and promotes wellness with its HealthMatters program, which offers options ranging from health screenings to weekly yoga classes.

Experian is equally committed to giving back to the local community. By fostering relationships with local nonprofit organizations and volunteering time and resources through the company’s Heart of Experian community outreach program, Experian employees continue to make a difference in the Orange County community.

The honor of being named a Top Workplace by the Orange County Register is a clear reflection of Experian’s commitment to — and sustained efforts toward — excellence. Experian is proud of its long-standing tradition of creating an enriching, rewarding work environment that benefits its clients, consumers, communities and team members.
