Experian Consumer Services appoints new chief marketing officer

Kristen Simmons brings award-winning talent to the role

Costa Mesa, Calif., Feb. 18, 2015 — Experian Consumer Services, a leading provider of online consumer credit reports, credit scores, credit monitoring and identity protection products, today announced it has appointed Kristen Simmons as its chief marketing officer. Simmons is responsible for the strategic direction, development and execution of all marketing activities for Experian's consumer services business in North America.

Prior to her new role, Simmons worked as a partner at Lightswitch, a consultancy that helps companies improve their customer experience. She previously held senior marketing leadership roles at Mazda North America, where she launched the well-known Zoom-Zoom campaign, as well as Ford Motor Company and Young & Rubicam.

Simmons received a Bachelor of Science in business from the University of Virginia and a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Business.
