Experian Appoints New Senior Leadership to Credit Services Group
Key roles include appointments of new presidents of two major business units and three executive promotions
 
Costa Mesa, Calif., Sept. 23, 2013 — Experian®, the leading global information services company, announced today that it has made high-level appointments to its North American Credit Services group, elevating a group of seasoned and talented leaders to position the group for continued growth. The company recently appointed Genevieve Juillard president of its Consumer Information Services and Hiq Lee president of its Business Information Services. In addition, Laura DeSoto, Michele Pearson and Robin Norris were promoted to senior leadership positions throughout Experian’s Credit Services divisions.

Genevieve Juillard, President, Consumer Information Services: In her new position as president of Experian’s Consumer Information Services, Juillard will oversee Experian’s U.S. consumer credit bureau (about a $600 million business) and be responsible for all aspects of Experian’s consumer credit activities within the business-to-business marketplace. In this role, she will oversee the delivery and management of business and industry leading products provided to Experian’s diverse clientele. Juillard returns to Experian North America after recently opening Experian’s credit bureau in Australia.

Hiq Lee, President, Business Information Services: Lee has been appointed to president of Experian’s Business Information Services, one of Experian’s fastest growing business lines which is devoted to helping businesses increase revenue and efficiency by making more informed decisions about its business-to-business customers. In her 10 years with the company, Lee has held several executive leadership roles most recently overseeing strategic alliances, resellers and sales education in North America.

Laura DeSoto, Senior Vice President of Marketing, Business Information Services: In this role, DeSoto is responsible for the strategic direction, development and execution of all product and marketing activities for Experian’s commercial credit business. DeSoto has held numerous senior leadership positions in her 16 years with the company and also sits on the board of the Orange County Business Council (OCBC).

Michele Pearson, Senior Vice President of Indirect Sales for Credit Services and Decision Analytics: Pearson is responsible for strategic alliances, resellers and sales education across Experian’s North American consumer and commercial credit and decision analytics businesses. Prior to this, Pearson was Vice President within Experian’s Consumer Information Services division.

Robin Norris, Chief Financial Officer of Credit Services: In this role, Norris leads the financial operations of the Credit Services Group, a role that gives her financial management responsibility for over $1 Billion revenue. Prior to this, she was the Senior Vice President Controller for North America.
