Notre Dame Federal Credit Union purchases Experian QAS software to enhance member service
Credit union rolls out address verification to ensure data accuracy
Boston, Mass., Sept. 20, 2011 — Experian® QAS®, a part of Experian Marketing Services and a leading provider of address verification software and services, today announced that Notre Dame Federal Credit Union has rolled out QAS Pro in its branch locations and mortgage operations. The address verification product is expected to reduce returned mail, improving operational efficiency and member experience.
“We currently have a staff member who spends four hours each day processing returned mail,” said Lisa Larkin, director of electronic services at Notre Dame Federal Credit Union. “It is important for us to provide a high level of service to our members. We want our front-line employees to be certain they are getting the right information so we can improve efficiency, but we also need to ensure that our members receive communications in a timely manner.”
The Experian QAS tool will be used for account opening, address changes and mortgage applications. The product will reduce the amount of returned mail the credit union receives from statements, onboarding materials and other important member documentation.
