QAS Pro Web Integration with Advance Helps Make Data Entry Faster, More Efficient and More Accurate to Support Advancement Success

MALVERN, Pa. and BOSTON, March 9, 2009 — SunGard Higher Education and Experian QAS have expanded their relationship and product integration to help higher education advancement offices improve data entry efficiency, mail delivery rates, and communication with alumni and other constituents.

Experian QAS already offers integration with SunGard Higher Education’s Banner administrative system and Banner Advancement system.  Integration has been extended to SunGard Higher Education’s Advance constituent management software system.  QAS Pro Web is now available as a fully integrated solution for Advance Web 9.3 to make address data entry faster and more accurate with fewer keystrokes. The new Advance version also includes integration with Microsoft® Outlook® to help support remote and traveling staff members.

The QAS Pro Web integration with Advance automatically verifies address data submitted to Advance as part of the standard address entry or update workflow. This mechanism prevents errors from entering advancement databases, increasing the usefulness and reliability of constituent data while also enhancing the ability to communicate effectively with constituents and helping reduce undeliverable mail.
