Experian appoints head of collections propositions in UK and Ireland

Nottingham, UK, 3 November 2009 – Experian®, the global information services company, today announced the appointment of Nick Grant as Head of Collections Propositions for the UK and Ireland.

Reporting to Simon Waller, Head of Collections UK and Ireland, Nick will be responsible for further expanding Experian’s collections capabilities and propositions across private and public sector markets and will provide expert support and guidance to sales and client facing teams.  He joins Experian from CGI, where he was responsible for the development of its credit risk capabilities and CACS product across the UK and Europe.

Simon Waller commented: “Nick’s extensive collections management experience, combined with his strong customer focus, will play an instrumental role in further expanding our collections capabilities. Nick will help the collections team deliver even more innovative new services for our customers in a climate where collections and debt management has never been more important.”
