Experian steals the show at the Data Strategy 08 awards

London, UK, 27th October 2008 -  Experian®, the global information services company, celebrated winning five awards at this month’s Data Strategy Awards 08 held at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London. Experian won three of the five prestigious awards in partnership with its clients, Lloyds TSB and Sky, for delivering outstanding achievements in strategic marketing.


For the third consecutive year, the Data Strategy Awards have recognised Experian’s unparalleled data and analytics capabilities.  This year, the company’s successes came in the following categories:


  • Best Suppression Data – Experian QAS
  • Best Use of Data for a Financial Services Institution – Lloyds TSB and Experian Decision Analytics
  • Best Practice in Data Management – Sky and Experian Integrated Marketing, for the second year running 
  • Best Data Enhancement Service – Sky and Experian Integrated Marketing
  • Data Professional of the year – Jonathan Hulford-Funnell, Global Managing Director for Experian QAS
