Experian nominated for prestigious customer service award
Nottingham-based Consumer Operations & CreditExpert teams make the final
Nottingham, UK, 9 June 2008 - Experian®, the global information services company, is pleased to announce that two of its Nottingham-based customer service officers and its CreditExpert customer contact centre have been nominated as finalists in The National Customer Service Awards.
The prestigious National Customer Service Awards celebrate the effect and impact of excellent customer service on consumers and businesses.
Emma Birtles and Lauren Mitchell, customer service officers for the company’s Consumer Operations centre based at Lambert House, will represent Experian in the final against a host of companies, including Vodafone, HBOS, and Norwich Union.
Lauren is nominated for the ‘ICS Frontline Customer Service Professional’ award while Emma is in the ‘Customer Service Newcomer of the Year’ category. The pair will be required to complete a 15-minute presentation to a panel of judges in London, before attending a gala dinner in September to find out if they have won.
In addition to the two individual nominations for Consumer Operations, their colleagues in CreditExpert, based at Lambert House, have also been announced as finalists for the Customer Service Contact Centre of the Year award.
