Experian appoints Sales & Marketing Director for Integrated Marketing division

Nottingham, UK, 9 June 2008 - Experian®, the global information services company, today announced that Chris Smith has been appointed as Sales and Marketing Director of its Integrated Marketing division.  Prior to his new role, Chris was the division’s Business Development Director.

During his 15-year career with Experian, Chris has held a number of senior sales roles within the company’s marketing businesses.  Chris’s appointment comes as the Integrated Marketing division, which counts some of the world’s largest consumer brands as its clients, seeks to further expand into new industry sectors.

As Sales and Marketing Director, Chris will be responsible for spearheading revenue growth from both new and existing client relationships.    Leading a team of 50 sales professionals and the division’s dedicated marketing team, Chris will report to Duncan Painter, Managing Director of Experian’s Integrated Marketing division.
