Gold Stevie Award

Experian’s was presented with a Gold Stevie Award in the Customer Service & Call Center category in the seventh annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service in February 2012. Over 1,100 entries from organisations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted to this year’s competition. The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top sales awards, contact centre awards, and customer service awards.

One of Britain’s most admired companies

For the second year running, our UK business has been voted one of Britain’s most admired companies which is a huge achievement. And, for the second year running this means that we’re in the top 10% in the Britain’s Most Admired Companies league table. We were ranked 23rd out of 250 big businesses beating a number of major household names in the process.

Great Place to Work Institute

Serasa Experian was ranked 20th best company to work for in the field of IT & Telecom in Brazil. The survey was organized by the Great Place to Work Institute and published by Computerworld Now!

The Singapore Human Resource Institute

The Singapore Human Resource Institute awarded our Singapore office with the Leading Practices Award in Corporate Responsibility. The Singapore HR Awards celebrate leading organisations and HR practitioners in their drive for impactful human capital strategies. This award recognises our work in Asia Pacific which ranges from supporting the building of a school and library in Cambodia; raising funds for flood and tsunami victims; volunteering in soup kitchens and old people’s homes, through to hosting micro financing workshops.

Environment Agency

We were ranked 18th out of 2,097 companies in the 2011/2012 Carbon Reduction Commitment League Table, which ranks the performance of participants in the UK’s Energy Efficiency Scheme. We scored higher than government organisations such as UK government’s own Environment Agency, as well as companies such as PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, KPMG and RBS.
