CorpComms Awards 2015

Our 'Big data, Big ideas' awards entry scooped the ‘Best CSR Strategy’ top prize in November 2015 at the CorpComms Awards 2015. It centres on our SI (social innovation) programme and showcases our many global SI projects. It details how we’re helping people get fair and affordable access to essential, everyday services by removing many of the biggest financial inclusion barriers.

Excellence in Financial Literacy Education Award

Experian was named ‘Organization of the Year’ by the Institute For Financial Literacy. These awards acknowledge innovation, dedication and the commitment of individuals and organisations that support financial literacy education worldwide.

European Contact Centre Awards

Our Consumer Contact Centre based in Nottingham, UK, scooped the ‘Medium Size European Call Centre of the Year’ award at the recent European Call Centre and Customer Services Awards (ECCCSA) for demonstrating a commitment to customer service excellence.

In 2015 we have been named one of the top 5 most innovative companies in Brazil (services segment) by Valor Econômico Newspaper. In the publication’s second annual list (Anuário Inovação Brasil), Serasa Experian is listed as 4th most innovative company in the country in services category.
