Boston, Mass., June 15, 2010 — Experian® QAS®, a leading provider of address verification software and services, and SugarCRM, the world’s leading provider of open source Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, today announced the integration of Experian QAS address verification into the SugarCRM application.

QAS for SugarCRM verifies and standardizes prospect and customer addresses in real time. This accurate data allows for more effective communications, improved demographic profiling capabilities, and timely sales and marketing follow-up. Users also will recognize a significant reduction in returned mail and any associated operational costs.

The new functionality maintains the existing SugarCRM address capture workflow. As new or updated addresses are submitted, the Experian QAS verification engine is invoked. This process either intuitively corrects the address or prompts the SugarCRM user for clarification.
