Darryl Gibson

Darryl Gibson is Group General Counsel, with responsibility for overseeing Experian’s global legal, regulatory compliance and government affairs functions. Darryl was previously General Counsel for Experian North America and has held a number of increasingly senior roles within the legal function since joining Experian in 1997. Prior to Experian, Darryl practised business and real estate law with Stradling, Yocca, Carlson & Rauth in California. Darryl holds a Juris Doctorate and a Bachelor of Science, Finance and Business Economics degree from the University of Southern California. He is on the board of the US Consumer Data Industry Association (CDIA), an industry trade association headquartered in Washington, DC.
