UK, 31 August 2018 Experian has announced the shortlist for this year’s ‘Data Excellence’ award in partnership with The Lloyds Bank National Business Awards 2018.

The first of its kind, the award is designed to recognise organisations that are unlocking the power of data to create opportunities for people, businesses and society.  This year’s shortlist champions the best examples of those working at the forefront of data and analytics.

The shortlist for the ‘Experian Data Excellence’ award 2018 is:

  • Center Parcs
  • Cleveland Police
  • Minicabit
  • Principality Building Society
  • SyndicateRoom
  • Validis
  • Zurich Insurance

Tom Blacksell, at Experian, said: “We believe that data, innovation and technology has the power to change the world for the better and there’s no better way to demonstrate this than through real-life examples.  And the award shortlist showcases this perfectly.

“All finalists have demonstrated their ability to use data-driven solutions to not only deliver better outcomes for their customers, but embrace the opportunities presented by an ever-changing data landscape.

“The judges now face the difficult task of selecting a winner who personifies data excellence.  It’s hugely exciting to be part of this year’s celebration and we’d like to wish all the finalists the very best of luck.”

The overall winner will be announced at the National Business Awards 2018 ceremony evening on 13th November 2018 at the Grosvenor House Hotel, London.
