11 September 2015 – Experian plc, the global information services company, hereby notifies the market that the tender process for the provision of external audit services, held in line with the recommendation of the UK Corporate Governance Code and disclosed in the Annual Report 2015, has concluded.

The Board, on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, has selected KPMG to act as the new external auditor. Subject to approval by shareholders at the Company’s 2016 Annual General Meeting, the appointment of KPMG will take effect for the financial year ending 31 March 2017. PwC, the Company’s auditor since listing in October 2006, will resign as auditor at the appropriate time, and the Board would like to thank PwC for its years of service.
