Experian shareholders can arrange here to obtain important documents, such as the Annual Report, electronically rather than by post. Voting instructions can also be sent online in the run-up to the Annual General Meeting.
This facility is delivered free of charge by our registrar, Link Market Services (Jersey) Limited, through the Share Portal service. By completing a simple online application, you can arrange to receive company information electronically and to have access to a range of information for managing your shareholding online.
The Share Portal informs you as soon as documents become available so that you can then view them at your convenience. It also enables us to reduce our printing and postage costs and our consumption of paper.
To complete the application, you will need your investor code, which you will find on your share certificate or on other correspondence from our registrar. If you cannot find your account number, please call the Experian registrar's Helpline on +44 800 141 2952 (or 0371 664 9245 for calls from within the UK).
