Marketing Services

Helping businesses in 30 countries across the globe stay in tune with their customers

What do you want to hear from the outside world? From your favourite brands or the organisations you most respect? When do you want to hear from them? How do you want them to get in touch?

It’s often in vain that you try to unsubscribe from a mailing list, or stop a business contacting you. Or perhaps you struggle with the opposite – you want to hear even more relevant things from a brand you’re interested in, but there’s no way for you to tell them.

We’re helping transform your experience as a consumer by working with businesses to create successful marketing campaigns. As a result, they’ll contact you with a message that’s relevant, whether it’s building on something familiar or showing you something you want to know more about. We help them understand your preferred way of being contacted, whether that’s a letter through the post or a commercial popping up on social media. And we help them time their messages to arrive at the time that’s most convenient for you, when you’re most interested and likely to respond.

To help our clients do this, we collect and analyse data. We create a picture of what people want. This picture helps our clients understand what their customers are interested in, what they’re not interested in, and what they need from their business.

Our clients use this information to plan, build and deliver their marketing campaigns. We give them the tools they need to find new customers, to measure how customers respond, and to make sure they connect with people in the right way.

Over the last 30 years, we’ve learnt that people and their preferences are always changing, and that’s why we’re constantly checking and updating data. We update millions of customer profiles for our clients every year. This way our clients can be sure their data is as accurate and as relevant as possible.
