Our six key responsibilities were originally defined in 2007 following internal consultation across Experian’s UK and US businesses and externally with CR consultants and CR focused NGOs. We use them as the framework for our reporting. We would like your views on their relative importance and on whether we are missing anything vital. Do visit the your view if you would like to provide your input. We intend to refresh them and our strategy over a three-year cycle that began in fiscal year (FY) 2009.

||Be a good employer to all, establishing a set of expected behaviours and values, aiming to ensure that everyone working for us is treated fairly and given the maximum opportunity to fulfil their potential and that all our workplaces are safe and healthy.
|Minimising impacts on the environment
||Minimise as far as possible the environmental impacts associated with our business and enable employee participation, with a particular concentration on the reduction of energy use and its effect on global warming.
|Playing an active part in communities
||Play an active part in social and economic regeneration in our communities, be they local, national or global.
