Experian’s Graduate Leadership Programmes are designed to enhance the development of university graduates who have the potential to become future leaders in our organisation. Programme participants will experience 18 to 36 months of accelerated, hands-on learning. This will be through thoughtfully planned rotational or team project assignments lasting from 6 to 12 months across a variety of Experian’s business units and departments.

Shortlisted graduates will be assessed against the role requirements and their ‘fit’ with our company culture.
A typical assessment may include psychometric testing, a competency-based interview and a group task and presentation.
